Time Warner Cable is hiring 40 field technicians for open positions in Louisville by year’s end.
The cable company – which is part of Charter Communications, a leading broadband organization – plans a job fair on Thursday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 4 to 7 p.m. at its main local office, at 4701 Commerce Crossing Drive.
At the event, candidates will be able to meet with technical operations leaders and assess the company’s culture, while learning about hours, pay, and training. If candidates meet the qualifications and are interested in pursuing a career with TWC, interviews will be conducted on the spot.
Field technicians are responsible for traveling to customer sites to inspect equipment, discuss customer concerns, independently diagnose service issues, and construct innovative solutions.
Technicians also handle installations and disconnects, configure systems to standard, and educate users about company products and equipment.
All positions offer competitive compensation structures and an extensive benefits package. Job applicants should bring updated copies of their resume and dress in business appropriate attire.
Applicants must apply online and complete an assessment prior to the event. Those interested in field technician positions can apply at http://bit.ly/2c9xQkD, using requisition number 180474. For more information, visit timewarnercable.com.
