ZANESVILLE – Time Warner Cable is looking to fill 50 customer service jobs at its Zanesville call center, 3940 Nortpointe Drive.
Interviews will be from 2 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the local office. During the hiring event candidates will be able to meet with customer care leaders, assess company culture and learn about training and pay. Face-to-face interviews will be conducted with those who meet qualifications and are interested in pursuing a career with Time Warner.
Customer service representatives assist residential customers with all aspects of cable service including billing, repair, technical support, troubleshooting, sales and other inquiries. Qualified applicants should have at least six months in customer service, proven sales experience and effective computer and communication skills.
