Time Warner Inc. has been honored with five 2016 International Business Awards for its corporate communications work, including a Gold prize for best corporate blog (yes, you’re reading it now) for the second straight year.
The International Business Awards are nicknamed the “Stevies”, for the Greek word for “crowned.” All individuals and organizations worldwide – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small – can submit nominations. The 2016 IBAs received more than 3,800 entries from more than 60 nations and territories.
In addition to the Gold for the blog, Time Warner also received Silver awards for timewarner.com (Website category) , our recent sizzle reel (Corporate Overview category) and executive messaging based on our 1Q video featuring Jeff Bewkes in conversation with CNN’s Christine Romans (Internal/Employee Communications category). The company’s 2015 Annual Report also won a Bronze award.
Stevie Award winners were determined by the average scores of more than 200 executives worldwide who participated in the judging process from May through early August.
