Time Warner Cable announced today it is hiring 40 customer service and 10 direct sales representatives for open positions in Dayton.
Company representatives will be on hand to interview candidates for positions on Thursday, June 23, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 3691 Turner Road in Dayton.
Customer service representatives assist residential customers with all aspects of cable services including billing, repair, technical support, troubleshooting, sales and other inquires in a high-volume, fast-paced call center, according to the company.
Direct sales representatives will be responsible for in person sales of cable, internet, phone and security/home management sales to new customers. Representatives must be willing to travel and interact with customers on a face-to-face basis, according to the company.
